For more than a decade, I worked in youth development, community partnerships, and the kinds of everyday moments that rarely get the spotlight—but deserve it. That chapter shaped how I see people, how I tell stories, and how I approach every project today. It taught me that opportunity changes lives, and that the right story—told the right way—can move people to trust, connect, and take action.

“Bison” started as a middle-name joke from a group of teens and stuck hard enough to become part of my identity. Over time, it became more than a nickname. It became a standard: strength, consistency, and purpose—even when nobody’s clapping yet. That is the same energy I bring into every production: show up, do it right, and create something that actually makes an impact.
